How to combine them
For a typical three or four nights on Praslin, book a full-day Curieuse trip early in your stay, so there is time to rebook if the sea is rough. Spend another day on the Vallée de Mai and Anse Lazio, and a third on La Digue. With a fifth day, add a catamaran trip to Coco Island or a Cousin–Curieuse nature day. Our itineraries set this out day by day.
Do not stack a long boat day and a big hike together: the equatorial sun is strong, and an unhurried afternoon on the beach is part of the point.
What we left out
